**Key Responsibilities**
As an experienced full stack medical professional, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care to your community. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing essential and family-centered care, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, management of medical conditions, health guidance, and attitude anticipating our patients.
* Meeting regulatory obligations, including opening/shutting the center, stock, patient movement, checking insurance and collecting payment, and maintaining a clean environment.
* Managing patient arrangements and performing directing assessments to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
* Performing duties including talking with patients about healthy lifestyle decisions, completing diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or diseases, and planning with other healthcare professionals to maintain an extensive care plan.
* Encouraging patients to become active participants in their healthcare and well-being through services like health screenings, social health, and health, chronic condition management.
**Required Capabilities**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following capabilities:
* Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, management of medical conditions, health guidance, and attitude anticipating our patients. This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection (STI) prevention, and safer sex practices.
* Request and administer vaccinations and injections (including but not limited to COVID-19, flu, TB, and Depo) and provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine guidance and education.
* Minimum of two years of clinically relevant experience or same.
* Complete the Spot certification test within 30 days of employment.
* Depending on the market, the ability to be proficient in both speaking and writing in additional languages, not limited to including Spanish.
* Essential Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing mouth-to-mouth and operating a Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
* Pass a FIT assessment and wear the provided respirator mask when required.
**Preferred Capabilities**
While not required, we prefer candidates with the following capabilities:
* If under 1 year of work experience as a licensed provider, earlier student precepting experience with arenaflex is preferred, but not required.
* Graduate degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
* Or in select states, Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other health-related graduate degree or equivalent experience along with a Four-year education in science in Physician Assistant Studies) with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice license to practice in the job.
