**Job Description**
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and respectful online environment for our users. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all users adhere to our community guidelines and rules.
* Deleting messages that violate our community standards, including but not limited to:
+ Hate speech and harassment
+ Spam and self-promotion
+ Inflammatory or divisive content
* Banning users who repeatedly violate our community rules, after a thorough investigation and warning process.
* Muting users who have violated our community rules, to prevent further disruption.
* Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations, and taking necessary action to resolve the issue.
* Collaborating with our community team to develop and implement effective moderation strategies.
* Providing excellent customer service and support to users, while maintaining a neutral and impartial stance.
**Pay and Benefits**
* Hourly rate: $12.50 per hour
* Pay cycle: Weekly, starting from Monday and ending on Sunday

**Qualifications**
