Your typical calls will include prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage, and you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in our customers' lives. If you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a strong desire to help others, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer support during overnight hours, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Use strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs and concerns. * Utilize knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. * Work independently to resolve customer issues and make decisions in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores. * Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve customer service outcomes. **Essential Qualifications** * At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. * 6 months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application. * Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. * Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. **Preferred Qualifications** * 6 months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone. * Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. **Education** * Verifiable high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience and location. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
