**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Clinical Pharmacy Services, you'll be responsible for executing medical services methodologies, driving patient well-being results, and ensuring consistency of clinical pharmacy services. You'll work closely with our clinical teams to develop and implement patient intervention pharmacy programs, and you'll be responsible for driving pharmacy financial performance by executing pharmacy projects to boost repayments while improving patient well-being results.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects
* Drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met
* Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; observing and examining results; and executing changes
* Ensure regional pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines
* Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to the organization's financial objectives
* Execute and implement patient intervention pharmacy projects to boost financial performance
* Uphold efforts to improve the patient experience by expanding the focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient conferences, medication administration, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or wellness services, vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs)
* Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field initiatives
* Uphold staff training experiences and advancement opportunities
* Advances cooperation and spurs pharmacy staff by cultivating a shared vision and supporting organization strategies, systems, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
* Conducts data and clinical audits and makes vital moves to ensure the accuracy and propriety of medications
* Reviews medication records and patient profiles to ensure appropriate and safe medication treatment
* Provides individualized patient/provider discussion
* Through the utilization of exceptional interpersonal skills, wins the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy concerns
* Provides feedback concerning the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program including comments from patients as the value of individual consultations
* Responsible for all inquiries, discussed, and provides which relate directly to patient treatment
* Provides clinical advice and information to patients, physicians, and insurance plans as necessary
* Performs other work consistent with the job duties in this record as allocated by management
* Observes rules and procedures for all job duties to meet objectives
* Complies with organization policies and procedures including all HIPAA rules/guidelines
* Guarantees compliance with government, state, and local pharmacy regulations
**Essential Capabilities**
* Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority
* Experience motivating colleagues to research and resolve issues
* Experience working with confidential information
* Able to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends
* Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and following details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates
* Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, contingent upon oneself to complete goals and it is necessary to decide when heightening of issues
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
* Able to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Readiness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary
* Knowledge of insurance plans
* Knowledge of PC operating systems including Rhapsody, Commitment, and Plus
* Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, choosing font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, choosing cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a chart, choosing a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, choosing page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets)
* Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding outline level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show)
* Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, choosing font type and size, changing margins and paragraph width, formatting, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review pane, or printing capabilities)
