**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions. You will work closely with our content group to analyze large-scale, high-dimensional data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform our content strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced analytical techniques, including data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI, to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions
* Analyze client behavior, including viewing patterns and preferences, to identify untapped client needs and opportunities for new content
* Develop and implement predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform content acquisition decisions
* Collaborate with our content group to develop and implement data-driven content strategies
* Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders
* Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support data analysis and reporting
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problems
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a media or entertainment industry
* Strong programming skills in SQL, R, or Python
* Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with machine learning and AI techniques, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Nice to Have**
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including AWS or Azure
* Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop or Spark
