We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced data analyst to join our team as a Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics. **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a subsidiary of Google, and one of the largest and most popular video-sharing platforms on the web. Our platform is available in multiple languages, and we support a wide range of content, from music videos and educational content to gaming, comedy, and more. **About the Role** As a Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll be responsible for leading our Adversarial Abuse team, which is tasked with identifying and mitigating risks associated with account takeovers, spam, and other forms of malicious behavior. You'll also work closely with our Business Analytics team to develop and implement data-driven strategies to prevent and detect abuse, and to provide insights and recommendations to our leadership team. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and mitigating risks associated with account takeovers, spam, and other forms of malicious behavior * Collaborate with the Business Analytics team to develop and implement data-driven strategies to prevent and detect abuse * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to develop and implement solutions to prevent and detect abuse * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including content creators, advertisers, and regulatory bodies * Provide insights and recommendations to our leadership team to inform business decisions and drive growth * Manage and develop a team of data analysts and engineers to support the Adversarial Abuse and Business Analytics teams * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of adversarial abuse and analytics, and apply this knowledge to inform our strategies and solutions **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science * 4+ years of experience in a data analyst or related role, with a focus on adversarial abuse and analytics * 2+ years of experience working with large datasets and machine learning models * 2+ years of experience driving business growth through data-driven insights * Strong understanding of SQL, R, and/or Matlab * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate education in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science * 2+ years of experience working with designing teams that form information foundation and ML models * 2+ years of experience driving teams with the capacity to work non-standard weeks of work as accelerations require * Experience or exhibited interest in adversarial abuse activities * Strong understanding of SQL, R, and/or Matlab * Excellent impacting and leader relational abilities and the capacity to construct associations with cross-utilitarian accomplices * Magnificent business judgment, vital and scientific abilities, including utilizing information to drive technique and business activity with a capacity to work in a quickly changing industry and oversee equivocalness while limiting vulnerability through quantitative bits of knowledge **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a global team of talented and passionate individuals * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced data analyst with a passion for staying ahead of the curve in the world of digital content, we want to hear from you!
