**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. As a data analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for supporting our paid media analysis capability to surface data-driven key opportunities for the Chief Initiative group, focusing on the advancement of our paid media spend globally. You'll work closely with marketing teams to identify ways of working on the efficiencies of our paid media spend and develop revealing and examinations to case and drive choices, as well as foster KPIs and scorecards to track drive progress/execution to drive an emphasis on results and execution.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a data analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Communicating insights and recommendations in the space of paid media
* Planning and constructing/leading the development of analysis, BI, and data science projects fully focused on streamlining visible paid media and improving marketing efficiencies
* Working with paid media data science teams and marketing teams on executing media blend models
* Directing assigned analysis through database querying, followed by astute translation of results and the detailing and communication of proposals that drive action
* Collaborating with marketing, finance, and product teams to handle business challenges, and track marketing and product performance with a data-driven approach
* Influencing Organized Query Language (SQL), MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, and other reporting tools to create and maintain scheduled and Adhoc reports
* Examining data to identify business issues and lead deep dives to perform root cause analysis
* Collaborating with partners to use data (internal data from arenaflex and Amazon, as well as external data from market research and advertising agencies) and address complex business challenges by conveying meaningful insights
* Conceptualizing and running analysis that produce insights on customer behavior and customer needs to help further develop and improve our value proposition
**Essential Capabilities**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Experience in the field of Business Intelligence, Analysis, or Consulting in an e-commerce climate or related field
* High-level SQL experience
* High-level involvement in at least one industry analysis and measurement perception device (e.g. Tableau/QuickSight/Power BI)
* Master in Power BI with a demonstrated history
* Degree in data science, business, finance, data innovation, statistics, math, or other related field
**Preferred Capabilities**
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
* You enjoy working in a team of highly connected individuals
* You have an enthusiasm for numbers, data, and metrics, but also for conveying meaningful analysis of high quality
* Strong bias for action, highly organized, and ability to complete tasks and projects with little direction and tight deadlines
* Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with both business leadership and technical teams effectively
* Experience with subscription, membership-based, or media content organizations
* Experience with and/or interest in learning more on state-of-the-art data science approaches
* Programming languages: knowledge of Python
* Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Java or C#, or of statistical programming languages like R or SAS
* Knowledge of Adobe Analytics
