What You'll Do: A Day in the Life of Our Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, no two days will be exactly alike, but each day will be meaningful. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking information, solutions, and support. Your primary goal will be to ensure every customer feels valued, heard, and completely satisfied with their experience.

- Handle Inbound and Outbound Communications: You'll manage a high volume of phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to address customer needs efficiently and professionally. Whether a customer is placing an order, asking about services, or seeking support, you'll be there to help.
- Order Management: Accurately input orders and appointments into our multiple computer systems. You'll document customer inquiries thoroughly to support our outside sales team and ensure seamless coordination across departments.
- Problem Resolution: Use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns independently and as part of a team. Your ability to think on your feet will be crucial in resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Escalation Management: Handle escalated phone calls with poise and empathy, working to minimize customer frustration. You'll provide detailed summaries to management to ensure continuous improvement in our processes.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, file documents, and create Word and Excel documents as needed. Strong computer literacy and attention to detail are essential for this aspect of the role.

- Location Requirement: Must reside within a reasonable proximity to one of our regional offices (Taylor, San Antonio, San Marcos, Waco, or Kingsland) to support occasional in-person training or team activities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of customer service and/or general office administrative experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role
- Familiarity with CRM software and order management systems
