* Provide a "human-first" experience through voice and written communications across various channels, including chat, email, phone, and arenaflex devices
* Develop expertise in arenaflex products, both technically and from a client use-case perspective
* Identify opportunities to enhance client value, streamline processes, and drive efficiency

* Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions
* Proficiency in fundamental web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript)
* Familiarity with exploring and working with various helpdesk software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, etc.)
