The Client Growth Associate will be responsible for initiating contact with rental property owners, qualifying leads, and supporting the Acquisitions team in driving growth and building relationships.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to real estate investors using provided prospect lists and self-sourced leads to introduce Flock and explore opportunities
- Engage inbound and outbound prospects to assess needs, evaluate fit, and guide them into the pipeline
- Track interactions in Salesforce, capture key insights, and implement systematic follow-ups to keep conversations moving forward
- Partner closely with Single Family Rental Directors—supporting prospect pitches, handling objections, and scheduling meetings
- Shadow client calls and pipeline reviews to deepen your knowledge of real estate investing and Flock’s product offering

- Proven success in cold outreach (bonus points for real estate, finance, or related industries)
- Confident, clear, and able to build rapport quickly by phone or Zoom
