If you're looking for a company that values its people and is committed to their success, you're in the right place! **A Day in the Life of a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with patients, healthcare providers, pharmacists, and medical office personnel on behalf of our clients. You'll work with multiple client programs, transitioning between various ones throughout your day, and receive incoming inquiries and make proactive outreach via phone, email, or chat.
