The Learning Center team in our National Support Center (NSC) is looking for a Program Manager. This is a fully remote position, with the option for a hybrid work arrangement at our Lafayette Hill, PA office for local candidates. Applicants may be based anywhere within the United States.


Pay for this position is between $100,000.00 and $120,000.00 per year at this location.

About the Role:

As Learning Center Program Manager you will own the strategy, learning structure, content governance, and measurable business impact of Hajoca’s Leadership Academy learning program. Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, you will design multi-year leadership learning journeys that strengthen coaching, accountability, performance management, engagement, and succession readiness for leaders across the company –all while ensuring leadership development is scalable, aligned to business priorities, and integrated into day-to-day routines.

In this role, you will:

Design & Develop Resources & Instructional Content:

Guide & Ensure Cross-Functional Alignment

Drive Marketing & Communications:

Track Success Metrics (KPIs) and Continuous Improvement:

Function As a Key Advocate & Program Representative:
