**Key Highlights**
* Full-time position (40 hours per week) with cover shift and swing shift hours available
* Virtual on-line paid training for 7 weeks (training dates available)
* Applicants must live within 100 miles of Portland, ME
* Bilingual candidates (fluent in Spanish) will receive an additional $1.00 increase to their salary
**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Emergency Roadside Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Processing requests for roadside assistance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Providing exceptional customer service to approximately 100 member calls per day
* Demonstrating concern for member safety and effectively diffusing high-tension situations
* Utilizing computer systems and software to efficiently manage member requests and resolve issues
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1 year of previous customer service experience (call center experience preferred but not mandatory)
* High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
* Successful completion of background and drug screening
* Ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet (no wireless, DSL, Satellite, or Hot Spots)
* Minimum 25 mbps download; 5 mbps upload
* Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills
