**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect, patience, and empathy
* Accurately documenting call content in real-time, maintaining high levels of data integrity and attention to detail
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

**Schedule and Training:**
Our schedule includes:
* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
* Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
* Rotating holidays as needed
**Compensation and Benefits:**
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
