Our team of experts is dedicated to helping organizations like yours unlock the full potential of cloud computing and security. **Job Responsibilities** As a Customer Engineer in our Security team, you'll be responsible for: * Collaborating with Security Deals and Google Cloud groups to identify and qualify business opportunities, resolve client technical and compliance issues, and develop strategies to overcome technical blockers. * Working with all Google Cloud Security products to demonstrate and validate solution benefits in client and partner environments. * Supporting Google Cloud Security opportunities and relationships, owning technical aspects of solutions, and delivering technical presentations, product and solution briefings, proofs-of-concept, and demos to clients, partners, and stakeholders. * Planning and delivering product messaging to highlight our solutions' value proposition using techniques such as presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, trial management, and response reports. * Attending client sites, conferences, and other relevant events where applicable. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field). * Four years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on security or cloud computing. * Experience in network security (e.g., threat detection, malware analysis, cloud security management, or identity and access management frameworks). * Strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of cloud security concepts and technologies. **Preferred Qualifications** * Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field). * Certification in the Cloud or Security industry. * Experience in conducting security assessments for organizations (e.g., threat hunting, malware analysis, cloud security posture management, or SIEM and incident response). * Knowledge of industry trends and market patterns in the network security space (e.g., ransomware, attack frameworks, zero trust, and so on). * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of cloud security concepts and technologies. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. * Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment, with minimal supervision. * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work products. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
