You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. **Responsibilities** As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include: * **Data Entry and Management**: You'll be responsible for inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure accuracy. * **Data Verification and Quality Control**: You'll review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output to ensure that our databases are accurate and up-to-date. * **Research and Data Retrieval**: You'll research and obtain further information for incomplete documents, and apply data program techniques and procedures to ensure that our data is accurate and complete. * **Report Generation and Storage**: You'll generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure that our data is secure and easily accessible. * **Document Scanning and Printing**: You'll scan documents and print files when needed, and ensure that our physical and digital files are organized and easily accessible. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * **Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office**: You'll need to have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * **Strong Computer Skills**: You'll need to have strong computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools. * **Analytical Thinking**: You'll need to be able to think analytically and critically, and be able to identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently. * **Attention to Detail**: You'll need to have strong attention to detail, and be able to ensure that your work is accurate and complete. * **Communication Skills**: You'll need to have strong communication skills, and be able to work effectively with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. **Preferred Qualifications** While experience working in a Data Entry Clerk position is a plus, we're open to considering candidates with transferable skills and experience.
