We believe this mission drives creativity and innovation, as employees experience an environment conducive to personal growth and career development. **Job Summary** As a Donor Outreach Coordinator, you'll be responsible for: * Enhancing the donor experience by providing quality customer service while inspiring donors to realize their life-transforming potential. * Collaborating within a supportive team atmosphere, contributing to a positive work environment and goals. * Retaining donors by scheduling donation appointments, resolving customer service concerns, and consistently providing excellent customer service. * Coding donor records appropriately based on the information provided by donor and management. * Providing exceptional customer service to donors via phone, email, or chat. **Key Responsibilities** * Schedule donation appointments with current, previous, and potential donors. * Provide quality customer service to donors, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives, contributing to a positive work environment. * Code donor records accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures. * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of arenaflex products and services. * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including donor retention and satisfaction rates. **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED required. * One year of customer service experience preferred. * Call center experience preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with donors, colleagues, and management. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in computer software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a nonprofit or healthcare organization. * Familiarity with blood donation or transfusion medicine. * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with donors from diverse backgrounds. **Work Environment and Culture** * Work from home in a comfortable and distraction-free environment. * Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday, with flexible hours to accommodate your needs. * Collaborative and supportive team atmosphere, with opportunities for growth and development. * arenaflex is an equal employment/affirmative action employer, committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. **Total Rewards** * Comprehensive total rewards package, including: + Medical, dental, and vision insurance. + 401K + 5% company match. + Tuition assistance up to $5k per year. + Free basic life and AD&D insurance. + Free short-and-long-term disability insurance. + Paid time off. + Employee Resource Groups. + Recognition and perks. **How to Apply** If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
