**About the Role**
In this exciting opportunity, you'll have the freedom to design and build highly versatile test automation solutions that span start-to-end functional test automation frameworks, efficiency tools, quality dashboards, and performance testing. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams to drive quality to the left and enable full CI/CD pipelines by utilizing the solutions you've developed. You'll also have the chance to define processes and guidelines for the organization on how to apply test automation procedures for voice-UI products.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design and build automated test systems and test suites for use in development and testing cycles.
* Identify and resolve characteristically difficult issues in unblocking automation.
* Develop tools that will help designers/analysts improve their efficiency and quality.
* Collaborate with development teams and your team members to identify and prioritize valuable opportunities for automation.
* Lead and actively participate in design reviews, aligning teams across the organization towards conscious compositional and testability methodologies.
**About the Team**
The Alexa Voice QA team in Fire TV Experience is responsible for ensuring the excellence of Alexa Video stages and features for Alexa users. The Video Area team is accountable for video suppliers and consumers using the power of Alexa to deliver premium entertainment experiences. We work with partners both internally and externally to provide elite test infrastructure, tools, and support in delivering the best Alexa Video experience.
**Essential Capabilities**
* 4+ years of non-temporary position professional software development testing experience
* 3+ years of test automation frameworks and tools building experience
* Experience programming with at least one current language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
* Experience in black box testing and exploitability-focused vulnerability assessment
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Knowledge of general system engineering, scalability, reliability, and performance in a database climate
* Experience with security in service-oriented models and web services

**Compensation and Benefits**
Our compensation reflects the cost of living across various US geographic markets. The base salary for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Compensation depends on various factors including market area and may vary based on work-related information, skills, and experience. arenaflex is a comprehensive compensation organization. Subject to the position offered, value, sign-on payments, and other types of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of clinical, financial, or potentially other benefits.
