As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to TurboTax customers via phone, chat, and video chat. During peak periods, you can earn even more, with rates ranging from $16 to $19 per hour. With our flexible schedule and opportunities for overtime, you can earn a competitive income while working in a role that you love. **Schedule** * **Seasonal Contract**: This role is a seasonal contract that starts in January and runs through April 15th, 2024. * **Flexible Schedule**: Create your own schedule and work at times that suit you best. * **Available Hours**: Schedule available hours between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday - Sunday. * **Weekday and Weekend Options**: Work on weekdays and weekends, depending on your schedule. **Skills Needed** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A sincere desire to assist customers * Tech savviness and an avid computer user * Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems * Friendly tone and professional demeanor **Work Environment Requirements** To ensure that you can work effectively from home, you'll need: * A quiet, uninterrupted space * An organized desk area * A professional appearance (if on camera) **Technology Requirements** To perform your duties, you'll need: * A personal computer (no tablet) * Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS * Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet) * Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system * Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date * USB headset with microphone * A webcam will be loaned to each contractor to be used for the duration of the contract. **Important Information** * **Contractual Relationship**: The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship.
