You'll work from home, using your own computer and internet connection, and will be required to maintain a secure workspace free from distractions. You'll receive comprehensive training to ensure your success on the team, including virtual training and on-the-job coaching. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans, prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. * Provide personalized support to customers, navigating complex health care systems and resolving their concerns. * Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and improve their health care experience. * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and provide exceptional customer service. * Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions. * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge. **Essential Qualifications** * 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience. * Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications. * High School Diploma or equivalent experience. **Preferred Qualifications** * Associates degree or equivalent experience. * Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner. * Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life. * Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards. * Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence. * Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism. * At least 6 months of health care experience. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. * Ability to navigate complex health care systems and resolve customer issues. * Proficiency in Windows-based applications and customer relationship management software. * Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions. **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our colleagues grow and develop their careers.
