As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be a part of delivering an amazing customer experience and helping us achieve our vision. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling inbound and outbound calls with the highest level of customer service experience consistently * Managing customer accounts and providing technical support * Entering application data and responding to online chat inquiries as assigned * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies * Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects * Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams * Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Moderate to advanced computer skills * A high level of comfort learning new technology * A high level of professionalism * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Comfortable working from home * Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude **Preferred Experience** While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be a plus.
