We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our Item and Tech Examination group. Position Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for supporting our business through estimation, investigation, and insight generation for our trade and development product surface areas. This position will help us address key questions about the performance of various sign-up and trade streams, identify patterns in structured and unstructured data, and develop proposals to improve business performance.
You will be instrumental in driving the use of analytics as a key revenue driver to increase recruits and business transformations across several newly expanded global tiering initiatives. This is a high-impact role that offers significant visibility into business strategy and the opportunity to shape the future of our streaming services.
What You'll Do
As a key member of our Analytics team, you will:
- Build comprehensive analyses and data visualizations that provide critical support to operations and decision-making for the sign-up and trade product spaces. You'll create multi-functional reporting tools that empower teams across the organization to make data-informed decisions.
- Answer core business questions and provide analytical expertise on the various trade streams across our streaming platforms to improve customer experience and increase conversions. You'll work closely with product managers and marketing teams to optimize user journeys.
- Advance the analytical capabilities of the business by collaborating on the design of diagnostic solutions and delivering exceptional data insights and products. You'll serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader in analytics methodology.
- Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze both structured and unstructured data. You'll build robust data pipelines and automated reporting solutions that scale with our business.
- Apply descriptive and inferential statistics including t-tests, chi-square tests, ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression, factor analysis, and more to understand partner behaviors and value, making a meaningful impact across the organization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators and provide real-time visibility into business metrics. You'll ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Present findings to senior leadership in clear, compelling formats that drive strategic decisions. You'll translate complex statistical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and finance to deliver integrated solutions that address complex business challenges.
What to Bring
We're looking for candidates who bring:
- Unbridled curiosity and a strong analytical mindset, with a passionate pursuit of analysis-driven insights and business results. You should be someone who asks "why" and dives deep to find answers.
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics role, with strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale.
- Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Tableau, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, or similar platforms. You should be able to create compelling visual stories from complex datasets.
- Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from undefined requirements to a compelling narrative, accessible across diverse audiences, and ultimately driving measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to build strong working relationships with team members, colleagues, and technical partners. Comfort presenting to senior leadership.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to approach challenges with creativity and strategic thinking.
- A collaborative spirit that enables you to work effectively across functional boundaries and contribute to a positive team environment.
