As a leader in the pet supplies industry, we are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of pets and their owners. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Responding to and resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely, efficient, and professional manner via phone and email * Working with stores and the field management team to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction * Maintaining accurate records of customer contact and the nature of each inquiry * Providing reporting on customer inquiries and time to resolution * Improving customer retention through programs and services provided to customers * Continually maintaining a working knowledge of company services, promotions, and programs * Handling product recalls and advising customers on company information * Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers, both internal and external **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma; degree preferred * 3-5 years of related experience and knowledge of service delivery * Strong customer service orientation and a proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers * Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate a high level of independence * Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment * Ability to handle inquiries and exercise good judgment in working with internal and external customers * Ability to apply critical thinking skills to solve problems and provide creative solutions * Proficiency in data entry and solid MS Office products skills * Weekend rotation and evening shift rotation required **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the pet supplies industry * Knowledge of pet supplies and services, including natural foods and hard goods * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools * Certification in customer service or a related field **What We Offer** As a member of the arenaflex team, you can expect: * A competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * A comprehensive training program to ensure your success in the role * A fun and engaging work environment with a team of passionate and dedicated professionals **Work Environment** arenaflex is a remote-eligible company, offering the flexibility to work from home or in our Livonia, MI headquarters.
