As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our team to meet or exceed targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling inbound customer service and sales calls with a calm and composed demeanor * Providing exceptional customer service and addressing issues in a timely and effective manner * Developing relationships and providing support to customers and the management team * Utilizing technology to efficiently source information and provide accurate solutions * Onboarding and training new users to the platform * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and building interdepartmental relationships * Familiarity with real estate documents/title (deed, mortgage, easements, property report, taxes) * Residential real estate transaction knowledge is preferred * Assisting customers in navigating our real estate technology platform, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance when necessary * Educating customers on the benefits of our technology solutions and how they can optimize their real estate transactions and property management using our tools * Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our technology offerings, staying up-to-date with product updates and improvements to provide accurate information to customers * Assisting customers with onboarding processes, guiding them through setting up accounts and utilizing our software effectively * Handling customer complaints and concerns with empathy, striving to find solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations * Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to facilitate continuous improvement and tailor services to customer preferences * Collaborating with the team to meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets **Experience and Qualifications** * Proven experience in customer service, technology sales, or a related field * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English * Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers * Experience with outbound calling and business development strategies * Proficiency in negotiating and closing sales deals * Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines * Computer knowledge * Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) * Microsoft Office Experience * Knowledge of Dropbox helpful * Slack and Zoom experience preferred **What We Offer** * Competitive salary: $50,000.00 per year * 100% virtual work environment * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package **Work Environment** * Remote work setting * Flexible schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed * Opportunity to work from home **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about real estate technology, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
