You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your ability to listen, empathize, and resolve issues will be key to delivering an outstanding experience. **Responsibilities** * Answer incoming calls from Medicaid members and providers, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs * Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed * Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions * Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed * Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Requirements** * High School Diploma or Equivalent * Ability to communicate effectively with customers orally and in written form * Ability to work from home and be self-sufficient * Must be able to commute to the office in Charleston, WV when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems * High-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working remotely in a call center setting * Experience with Medicaid and Medicare * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and building rapport with customers **Work Environment and Culture** * arenaflex is committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
