Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative & Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a key member of our office staff, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, updating client files, and coordinating with internal departments. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative & Office Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include: * Answering customer inquiries on the telephone and by email, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. * Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and communication with customers as well as internal departments to resolve issues and meet customer needs. * Scheduling services and coordinating schedules with the Install Department to ensure seamless execution of customer projects. * Updating client files with all customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as resolutions. * Following up to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems and meet their expectations. * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. * Collaborating with internal departments to ensure effective communication and seamless execution of customer projects. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Previous customer service experience in an office setting, preferably in a home improvement or design industry. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. * Proper phone etiquette and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers. * Prior exposure to and use of Customer Relations Management Software (CRM). * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Preferred Qualifications While not required, previous customer service experience with a home improvement company is a plus.
