**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
* Registering sales on assigned cash register, processing transactions efficiently, and handling customer inquiries
* Recommending products and services to customers, promoting sales and driving revenue growth
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies
* Assisting with visual merchandising, including constructing and maintaining displays, and completing resets and revisions as directed
* Providing support with web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers
* Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance
* Complying with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers
* Completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned
**Essential Qualifications**
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
* Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a cash register
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Six months of experience in a retail environment
* Prior work experience with arenaflex (previously known as Walgreens)
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
