**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at Amazon Locker+, you will be responsible for:
* Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
* Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions to problems and ensuring a positive experience
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols
* Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring seamless operations
* Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
* Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English
* Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Ability to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
* Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable)
* Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
