Our Revenue Cycle Management Division is a critical component of our business, and we're seeking a skilled Client Customer Service Support Representative to join our team. As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive world-class customer service and support. **Job Description** As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, including physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers. You'll work in a fast-paced contact center environment, handling a wide variety of customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Following approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims * Continuously evaluating current policies and SOPs and providing recommendations for process improvements * Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner * Reading and understanding explanation of benefits or correspondence * Documenting all activity made to a claim * Communicating via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients * Utilizing tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or to obtain better billing information **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent * REMOTE WORK: You'll need a dedicated work-from-home space, the ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity, and a reliable internet connection with a download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second. * Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus. **Technical Requirements** To ensure that you can perform your job duties effectively, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements: * Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second * No satellite internet * Ability to connect equipment to a router/modem with an Ethernet cord.
