Your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering inbound and making outbound calls to new and existing customers * Delivering a best-in-class customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable * Dealing with vulnerable customers with care and sensitivity * Entering accurate records of customer conversations into our customer platform * Following processes and guidelines that align with company and FCA regulations * Escalating customer issues with management when necessary * Achieving personal and team targets in a contact centre environment * Staying up-to-date on company products, services, and policies * Maintaining accurate customer records in our customer relationship management system **About You** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Proven experience working as part of a team * Excellent time management and organisational skills * Efficient administrative skills * Competent numeracy, literacy, and IT skills * A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service * 1 year of experience in a contact centre environment **The Details** We offer a flexible working shift pattern of 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm.
