**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Relations Call Center Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our valued pharmacy customers. You'll be responsible for responding to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience. Your expertise will be sought after by field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide exceptional customer service, upholding arenaflex's commitment to delivering personalized, convenient, and affordable healthcare solutions.
* Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns and provide solutions.
* Articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing.
* Utilize strong PC skills to toggle between different applications and navigate arenaflex's systems.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service.
* Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
* Ability to articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing.
* Strong PC skills, including the ability to toggle between different applications.
* Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiency.
* Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete paid company training program.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
* Prior inbound Call Center experience.
* Previous experience working from home a plus.
* Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience.
**Education**
* Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
**Work Schedule**
* Candidates must be available and flexible to work between the hours of 9am-8pm, Eastern Time.
* Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday.
* This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week.
* Days off may not be consecutive (e.g., Wednesdays and Sundays off).
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Position pay rate is $17.00 per hour to start.
* Range listed in this posting indicates the earning potential for candidates once in role.
* The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $34.15.
