Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Concierge at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Warm Welcomes and Access: Greet Card Members upon their arrival at the lounge, providing seamless access and making them feel at home from the very first moment.
- End-to-End Experience Ownership: Take complete accountability for each guest's experience, ensuring every touchpoint exceeds expectations from arrival to departure.

Qualifications We're Seeking
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a premium client-facing service environment
- Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service with proactive solutions
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to charm guests through every interaction
- Exceptional active listening skills, enabling you to understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations
