You'll be responsible for moderating chat, enforcing community guidelines, and ensuring that all users have a safe and enjoyable experience. **Key Responsibilities**
* Moderating chat on our official Discord server, including deleting messages that violate community guidelines
* Banning users who repeatedly violate community guidelines
* Muting users who have violated community guidelines
* Investigating reports made by users about violations of community guidelines
* Collaborating with the arenaflex team to develop and implement community guidelines and policies
* Providing excellent customer service and support to users
* Staying up-to-date with community trends and best practices in community management
**Qualifications**
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must have a High School Diploma or GED
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
