Position Overview
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our Content Analytics team within the Streaming division. This is an exciting opportunity for a data professional who is passionate about entertainment and wants to apply their analytical skills to help shape the content portfolio of one of the world's most influential media companies.
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive our content strategy, marketing initiatives, and business decisions. What You'll Do
As a key member of our Analytics team, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business challenges and uncover opportunities within our content ecosystem. Your work will directly influence how we acquire, develop, and release content across our streaming platform.
- Apply advanced analytics techniques: Utilize data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learning methods on large-scale, high-dimensional datasets to drive business decisions and identify emerging trends.
- Analyze subscriber behavior: Examine viewing patterns, content preferences, and engagement metrics to identify unmet customer needs and uncover hidden content opportunities that can drive subscriber growth and retention.
- Predict content performance: Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform content acquisition decisions, helping our team make data-backed investments in new programming.
- Optimize release strategies: Analyze content launch and episode release patterns to optimize our release cadence and maximize viewer engagement across our platform.
- Test marketing initiatives: Design and analyze A/B tests and marketing experiments to evaluate engagement strategies and improve subscriber retention rates.
- Develop new metrics and KPIs: Ideate and build new measurements and key performance indicators that accurately capture content performance for both tactical and strategic decision-making.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support: Respond to urgent analytical requests from stakeholders across the organization to help drive business forward and address emerging opportunities or challenges.

Compensation and Benefits
