• CCC Organization Coordination: Handle CCC organization appearance matters, working closely with our network partners to ensure compliance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Client Correspondence and Sentiment Management: Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout their repair experience, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any concerns promptly to ensure positive customer sentiment.
• Rental Coordination and Hand Off: Manage rental vehicle coordination for customers whose vehicles are in for repair, ensuring smooth transitions and providing exceptional handover experiences.
