<strong>Customer Service Administrator Temporary role to start ASAP<br></strong><br> Harrow on the Hill (Hybrid)<br> 35 hours per week<br><br> We are currently recruiting for a <strong>Customer Service Administrator</strong> to join a friendly and fast-paced team on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent.<br> This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.<br><br> <strong>The Role</strong> You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service to both internal and external customers across multiple channels including phone, email, online platforms, social media, and written correspondence.<br> Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure customer queries are handled efficiently, professionally, and resolved in a timely manner.<br><br> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> <ul> <li>Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and digital platforms</li> <li>Provide accurate information, guidance, and support to customers</li> <li>Build rapport with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding</li> <li>Escalate issues where necessary and ensure appropriate follow-up</li> <li>Liaise with internal teams and partners to resolve queries</li> <li>Maintain accurate records using customer service systems</li> </ul> <strong>About You</strong> <ul> <li>Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role</li> <li>Experience working within a professional office environment</li> <li>Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner</li> <li>Able to build rapport and handle customer concerns with empathy</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate where required</li> <li>Good IT skills and confidence learning new systems</li> <li>Proficient in English and Mathematics</li> </ul> <strong>What’s on Offer</strong> <ul> <li>Hybrid working</li> <li>Supportive and collaborative team environment</li> <li>Opportunity for the role to become permanent</li> </ul>
