We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
- Investigating discrepancies as they arise and escalating as needed
- Completing additional projects as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- No prior experience is necessary, but data entry experience is a plus
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
