As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the frontline voice of our company, handling customer interactions across multiple channels including phone calls, emails, online forms, and other communication platforms. This role is primarily focused on assisting customers with parking inquiries, payment processing for parking notices, and providing exceptional service for both monthly and daily parking requirements.
This is a permanent, full-time work-from-home position offering competitive compensation ranging from $17.50 to $22.60 per hour. You'll join a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about customer success and committed to excellence in every interaction.
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home anywhere in Canada. The standard work schedule is 35 to 40 hours per week during our hours of operation: 8:30am – 5pm Pacific Time / 11:30am – 8pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
