We're now expanding our practice into the digital asset and Web3 space — an industry where investor psychology, trust signals, and narrative positioning are arguably more important than in any other sector. We're looking for someone who knows this world from the inside. About the Role This is not a generic sales or BD role. We're building out a focused investor outreach practice for Web3 and digital asset clients — and we need someone who understands how capital flows in this space, who the real decision-makers are, and how to get in front of them credibly. You'll be the bridge between our behavioral psychology expertise and the crypto/VC ecosystem. You'll identify the right investors and allocators for our clients' raise cycles, build outreach strategies that actually convert, and help us develop a repeatable playbook for the digital asset vertical. If you've spent real time in crypto — attending raises, sitting in pitch rooms, running outreach campaigns for token projects or funds — and you understand both the technical and human side of how capital moves in this industry, we want to talk. What You'll Be Doing • Identifying and mapping relevant investors, VCs, family offices, and allocators active in digital assets — across crypto-native funds, crossover funds, and institutional players entering the space • Running outreach campaigns on behalf of our clients: crafting messaging, sequencing touchpoints, managing follow-ups • Applying our NEURO psychology frameworks to investor communication — positioning decks, outreach copy, pitch narratives • Building and maintaining a live investor database with deal stage tracking, relationship notes, and engagement history • Getting on calls with prospective investors alongside clients — qualifying interest, handling objections, advancing conversations • Working with our internal team to develop a replicable outreach methodology specific to Web3 fundraising cycles (pre-seed through Series A, token raises, strategic rounds) • Reporting on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and outreach performance weekly What We're Looking For • Direct, verifiable experience in crypto investor relations, fundraising, or business development — either in-house at a project/fund or in an advisory capacity • Real familiarity with how digital asset investment rounds work: deal structures, token vs. equity, vesting, SAFTs, lead/follow dynamics • A network that's actually relevant — existing relationships with crypto VCs, angels, or allocators that you can speak to honestly • Strong written communication skills — you should be able to write a cold outreach email that doesn't sound like one • Comfortable working with founders, CFOs, and investment teams directly — this role involves real client-facing work • Self-directed and organized — you'll be managing multiple client pipelines simultaneously in a remote setup • Bonus: experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, Airtable), Dune, Nansen, Crunchbase, or similar platforms This is a remote position with a high degree of autonomy. We don't micromanage. We care about output. Compensation & Benefits • Base salary: $95,000 – $128,000/year (based on experience and depth of relevant network) • Performance bonus tied to closed introductions and client pipeline outcomes • Commission structure on new client revenue generated through your outreach efforts • 100% Remote — work from anywhere in the United States • <
