Position Overview 

As our in-house Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing, negotiating and managing contracts within the organization. This includes preparing, reviewing and executing contracts while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies and procedures. The Contracts Manager will work closely with various departments to mitigate risks, optimize contractual relationships, and ensure that all parties fulfill their obligations under the agreements. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, along with a deep understanding of contract law and IT industry standards. 


Reporting Relationships 

This role reports directly to the President & Chief Operating Officer and has no direct reports.   

 

Essential Job Functions  

As a strategic partner to the executive team, you’ll be required to provide insights that drive the company’s strategic decisions and growth potential while mitigating risks.  


 

 

 

 

 

Working Conditions 

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Currently, this job operates in a home office environment. There is a 10% travel requirement for this role. 


 

Physical Demands 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
