Over the three areas of focus, you will help identify and execute process improvements for the Toxic Cleanup Program's (TCP) contracting process, procure and manage a diverse suite of agreements, and design, provide and track training to support the effective implementation of Financial Service Unit (FSU) functions.<br> <br><strong>What you will do:</strong><br><ul><li>Research, propose, and facilitate the implementation of process improvements for TCP’s contracting, including researching Washington codes and policy changes.<li>Conduct policy research and draft policies to support contracting process improvements, including interviews to identify best practices at other state agencies.<li>Coordinate with authorizing state agencies for contracting, such as Labor and Industries and Department of Enterprise Services as needed to support process improvements.<li>Procure and manage a suite of contracts with a wide range of complexity to provide critical support of environmental cleanup in a variety of ways.<li>Create and present internal and external training presentations on a wide variety of FSU functions, such as database use, agreement management, and cost recovery.</ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Required Qualifications:</u></strong><br>Experience for both required and desired qualifications can be gained through various combinations of formal professional employment, educational and volunteer experience.
