About the Role: Autism Care Navigator

As an Autism Care Navigator at arenaflex, you'll serve as the dedicated single point of contact for families with children who are receiving services through our Autism Case Management program. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that every family receives seamless, compassionate support as they access diagnostic services, ABA therapy, and other critical care pathways. This role requires a unique blend of clinical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and organizational prowess—along with an unwavering commitment to improving member experiences.

In this position, you'll have the opportunity to build genuine relationships with families during what can often be a stressful and overwhelming time. You'll be the friendly voice on the phone, the knowledgeable resource who can explain benefits, and the diligent advocate who ensures no family falls through the cracks. Your work will directly impact the health outcomes and quality of life for children with autism and their families across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

Work Location: Fully Remote

This position is designated as fully remote, meaning you will not be required to report to any of arenaflex's physical office locations to perform your work. However, to ensure effective collaboration and compliance with regional requirements, the work must be performed within the Tri-State Area of Delaware, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania.

As a remote team member, you'll have access to the technology and resources you need to succeed, including a company-provided laptop and the necessary software systems. You'll participate in virtual team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing communications with your colleagues and supervisors. This role offers the perfect blend of independence and connection—allowing you to serve families from your home office while remaining an integral part of our team.

Note: You must have access to an Android or iOS device compatible with the free Microsoft Authenticator app, which will be required for secure authentication purposes.
