Position Overview: Member Services Representative

As a Member Services Representative at arenaflex Health, you will serve as the first point of contact for our Aetna Medicaid members and healthcare providers. In this crucial role, you'll provide exceptional telephone assistance, answering questions and resolving concerns related to health benefits, eligibility, provider networks, and identification cards. Your commitment to delivering outstanding customer service will help ensure that every caller receives the support they need, when they need it most.

This position offers the flexibility of working from home while remaining connected to our organizational mission. You'll be equipped with the tools, training, and ongoing support necessary to excel in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where your communication skills and problem-solving abilities truly make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our Member Services team, you will be responsible for:

Work Environment and Schedule

This position begins with a comprehensive training program designed to set you up for success. During your first six weeks, you'll participate in training from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. This paid training period will equip you with the knowledge of our systems, policies, and customer service approaches.

Once you transition to the production schedule, you'll continue working 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. While this is primarily a remote position, you must reside within 50 miles of Linthicum, MD, as there may be occasions when commuting to the office is necessary—such as during prolonged technical difficulties that prevent effective home-based work.

arenaflex Health provides all necessary equipment, including a computer, headset, and other required materials. You'll need to maintain high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable; please note that Wi-Fi connections are not permitted for security reasons.

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements
