Responsibilities
- Strategic and proactive management of complex calendars and high-volume email communications
- Planning and coordination of meetings, events, and conferences, including on-site support when required and coordination of domestic and international travel arrangements
- Managing various Salesforce activities
- Conducting research and supporting document management
- Reviewing and facilitating correspondence for accuracy, tone, and professionalism
- Supporting the adoption of new firm technologies, policies, and procedures and prioritizing ongoing development of digital, technical, and professional skills
- Assisting with firm initiatives, business projects, and ad hoc administrative tasks
- Contributing to a team-centric environment, including acting as a backup and participating in team activities
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Using feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths, and address development areas
Skills
- Fluency in English and French
- Strong client service focus with a commitment to professionalism, discretion, and tact
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and flexible approach to working across all levels
