YouTube Channel Manager (Upload, Optimize, and Support Growth)

I’m building a YouTube channel for my accounting firm and I’m looking for a YouTube Channel Manager to handle the publishing and backend side of the channel.

This is an execution-focused role. You will not be responsible for content creation, but you will play a key role in making sure videos are properly uploaded, optimized, and tracked.

Responsibilities:
• Upload and schedule videos
• Write descriptions and add relevant tags
• Add end screens, cards, and playlists
• Ensure videos are properly formatted and optimized
• Track basic analytics (views, CTR, watch time) and report weekly

What I’m looking for:
• Experience managing YouTube channels
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio
• Understanding of YouTube SEO and best practices
• Strong attention to detail and consistency

Important:
• Titles and thumbnails will be guided/approved by me
• This role is focused on execution and optimization, not strategy
