We are looking for a highly skilled and organised Office Support Staff member to provide administrative and technical support to our Australian-based bookings team. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills, excellent customer service abilities, and fluency in English.

Data Entry and Management:



  • Conduct online data entry using Google Sheets and calendar systems.

  • Manage data in Microsoft Excel for import into external systems.


Customer Service:



  • Provide exceptional customer service via email and telephone.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.


Booking Management:



  • Manage our online SMS service to organise customer bookings.

  • Enter orders received via email into the system.

  • Conduct daily backups and checks of data in the booking system.


Logistics Support:



  • Upload daily delivery schedules to the Transport Management System.


Collaboration and Support:



  • Work closely with the Australian bookings team to proactively support daily tasks.

  • Maintain open communication to ensure seamless operations.


  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Experience working with transport and logistics companies.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation skills.

  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong customer service skills via email and phone.


  • Experienced in data management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and spreadsheet management.

  • Background as an Administrative Assistant and in office support, handling day-to-day operations.

  • Worked in logistics and transportation, gaining practical knowledge of industry processes.

  • Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), managing accounts similar to logistics and transportation, with a focus on accurate data

  • handling.

  • Familiarity with the Melbourne geographic area is an added advantage.
