How did you debug and fix it?</li><li>What kind of reports have you built in Workday? Have you used calculated fields or BIRT?</li><li>Have you worked on a full Workday implementation lifecycle? What was your role?</li><li>How do you gather requirements from HR or business users and translate them into Workday solutions? </li></ul>Top Skills: <ul><li> Hands-on experience configuring multiple Workday HCM functional areas, including core HCM, absence, benefits, compensation, business process, and security.</li><li> Troubleshoot, develop, and maintain integration systems across the Workday integration platform.</li><li> Experience building and debugging custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday studio.</li><li> Experience collaborating with Integration resources in a highly integrated system landscape.</li><li> Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing.</li><li> Maintain IT Business system integrity and application notes, system upgrades, changes, and user updates.</li><li> Work closely with the onsite team, the offshore team, managers, and executives to ensure the release of high-quality solutions.</li><li> Follow the Intuitive change management process. Analyze the impact of changes to the corporate application landscape </li></ul>Detailed Job Description: <ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.</li><li> Minimum 6 years of experience working on the Workday platform with Business Systems Analyst / Development experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in a support role.</li><li> Strong experience with Workday project implementations and Workday integrations platform, including integrations with ERP and third-party applications.</li><li> Hands-on experience with configuration of new and existing Workday features, including user management, roles/profiles, permissions, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, calculated fields, condition rules, validations, business processes, and notifications.</li><li> Experience working with business end users, gathering requirements, and building detailed functional design specifications.</li><li> Workday Pro Certifications – Integrations and HCM preferred.</li><li> Ability to work with minimal supervision or guidance.</li><li> Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.</li><li> Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li> Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail.</li><li> Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, interpersonal, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability to work with non-technical end users. </li></ul>Mohit Joshi | Kappium LLC Sr. Technical Recruiter Email:
