Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution design and support enterprise-scale implementations.
- Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials
- Proven expertise in end-to-end solution architecture design
- Experience with Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors)
- Hands-on knowledge of Workday security framework and business process configuration
- Experience with APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and middleware
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Nice to Have:
- Workday certifications (HCM, Financials, Integration, Security)
- PMP, TOGAF, or cloud certifications
