They are seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to manage case management tickets, execute system enhancements, and support various stakeholders on Workday processes.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute case management tickets, as well as ongoing system enhancement tasks, including configuration and testing of changes to the Workday system
  • Work on workday HCM projects and take ownership from end to end
  • Ensure all the modules are updated as per the latest Workday release
  • Develop internal knowledge base and update documentation and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory policies and internal mandates
  • Create and schedule simple, advance, matrix custom reports
  • Ensure strong adherence to defined Turnaround time and SLA
  • Maintain data integrity in Workday by performing regular clean ups
  • Support and coach P&C and various other stakeholders on Workday processes
  • Supporting the team in managing the daily Operational activities
  • Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure proper support, follow-ups, and deadline adherence

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology or related field
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Workday support, configuration experience preferred
  • Specific experience related to Security, Reporting, Recruiting, Time off/Absence and performance review
  • Business acumen and the ability to exercise proper judgment, such as maintaining confidentiality in all areas, are expected
  • Good communication (written & verbal) for change management support, relationship building, presentation, and interpersonal skills required
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities, think tactically as well as strategically, demonstrate objectivity, be results-oriented, show initiative and creativity, and have a bias for action
  • MS Office skills required - strong PC skills in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Additional experience with Finance and/or Payroll is a plus
