Workday Configuration Consultant (Recruiting & Core HCM)
📍 100% Remote

A leading organization is seeking a Workday Configuration Consultant to support and enhance its Recruiting and Core HCM systems. This is a hands-on technical role focused on Workday configuration.
You will take direct ownership of system configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting while partnering closely with HR and Recruiting stakeholders to optimize workflows and improve overall system utilization.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end Workday configuration within Recruiting and Core HCM modules
Configure and maintain:Business processes
Security roles and permissions
Calculated fields
Custom reports and dashboards

Support Workday enhancements, updates, and system improvements
Provide production support, including issue resolution and troubleshooting
Partner with HR and Recruiting teams to:Gather and document business requirements
Translate requirements into scalable system solutions

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve user adoption
Ensure system configurations align with business needs and best practices
Required Qualifications
3–5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience
Strong experience with:Recruiting module
Core HCM

Proven expertise in configuring:Business processes
Security roles
Calculated fields
Reports

Experience supporting:Workday enhancements
Production support and issue resolution

Demonstrated ability to:Gather business requirements
Translate requirements into technical/configuration solutions

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a fast-paced HR technology environment
Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver independently

This is a Contract position based out of Farmington, CT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
